Preparation of your Abstract

  • All abstracts must contain original work that has not been published or presented identically on previous occasions
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English
  • Write with a general scientific audience in mind
  • Abstracts will be published as submitted, so please check carefully all names as well as spelling and grammar
  • Preferred letter type is “Times New Roman” sized 12 pt


  • The title should be as brief as possible but long enough to indicate clearly the nature of the study. Avoid using abbreviations in the title.
  • Only the first letter of the title is a capital letter (upper-case letter), while all remaining letters should be in lower case (except for names and acronyms). Whole title should be bold

Names / affiliations

  • Depict authors' full names (first name, middle initial, last name), departments, and institutions
  • Indicate affiliations numerically with numbers placed after authors' names and before the institutions
  • Underline the presenting author

The body text

  • Briefly summarize the background, purpose, results and conclusions of the study, in that order, without headings
  • The text of the abstract should not exceed 300 words
  • Reference citations and graphics or tables should not be included in the text
